About Diane Messner
Diane Messner has been married to Reinhold Messner since 2021; the couple lives at Juval Castle in the Vinschgau Valley in South Tyrol, along with their family dog, Flint, among others. Diane Messner was born in Luxembourg in 1980 and grew up in Kayl, a small town in the southern part of the duchy. Together with her husband, she founded Messner Mountain Heritage (MMH) to carry on the tradition of mountaineering into the future and to pass on a respectful approach to nature in the spirit of Reinhold Messner.
