About Meron Mendel
Historian and educator Meron Mendel was born in Israel in 1976 and came to Germany in 2001. He is a professor of transnational social work at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences as well as Director of the Anne Frank Educational Center in Frankfurt am Main. Together with his wife Saba-Nur Cheema, he writes the column “Muslim-Jewish dinner” in the newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.
