About Stefan Stoppok
Stefan Stoppok was born in Hamburg in 1956 and grew up in Essen. He recorded his first album, “Erfrischungen”, in 1980 and has now been touring as a musician for 40 years. He founded his own label, La-La-Land, in 2000. He has composed diverse film soundtracks, for example, for “The Superwife”, directed by Sönke Wortmann (1996). For his musical achievements, Stoppok has won many honors, including the German Music Authors Prize (2013) and the German Kleinkunstpreis (2015). His latest album is entitled “Jubel” (2020).
