The Great Upheaval – Ricarda Lang and Steffen Mau talk to Louis Klamroth about crises, conflicts and compromises
We live in turbulent times, with crisis-plagued democracy and highly complex geopolitical challenges. In the midst of these profound changes, two bright minds come together: Green Party politician Ricarda Lang and sociologist Steffen Mau. In their book, Der große Umbruch [“The Great Upheaval”], they analyze the burning issues of our time – from social inequity and political polarization to the crisis of statehood. In conversation with Louis Klamroth (host of political talk show “Hart aber Fair”), they pose urgent questions: How can we free social discourse from the trap of emotion-based politics?
