With verses like “Give me back my heart / Before it breaks apart”, he has written German pop history. But who is this Herbert Grönemeyer? How can the power and energy, but also the comforting nature of his music be explained?
Based on numerous conversations with his long-time friend, Michael Lentz gives the first comprehensive account of the life and work, origins and family of this exceptional artist. On stage, the two will continue the conversation about a fascinating life of music and literature, pop and politics.
