Tickets can be bought via our ticket-partner online myticket or via telefone 040-2372 400 30 (Mo.-Fr. from 10am-6pm and on saturdays from 09am-1pm).
Admission prices: All prices quoted are exclusive of the usual advance ticketing fees. The prices at the box office are final prices.
Discounts: We offer a contingent of discounted tickets for the following groups of people: Pupils, students (up to 28 years of age), vocational trainees, persons performing a Voluntary Year of Social Service, severely disabled persons (with a degree of disability of 70) as well as recipients of benefits according to German Social Code Book II (SGB II). Proof of eligibility for the discount must be shown at the door without being asked.

Events in the adult programme generally last for 90 minutes, children’s events are 60 minutes long.

The featured guests autograph books at the end of virtually all events. This is announced for each guest at the respective event.

Ticketbuyers will be contactes via mail. Please find the form for refunds here and send it to help@myticket.de. The phil.cologne itself cannot refund ticket purchases; refunds must be obtained through the sales channel.
When planning our festival, we pay special attention to eliminating barriers. Many of our venues are wheelchair-accessible and equipped with an audio induction loop.
